This is 9 🥰
Today’s home practice yoga flow is brought to you by Sleep, Self Love, and Support. Yup. Turns out when you’re well rested approaching the world with heart wide open is possible. I am practicing self love by moving my body when it calls for movement. And none of this would be possible without the encouragement and love from family, friends, and mentors. #gratitude #yogimama #sleep #selflove
